All right, good morning everybody. Welcome to today's workout. Today I'm just going to do a beginner workout.
And I know when you first start working out, the same as for me, I was in so much pain.
You don't really feel like working out because you're hurt. But if you start working out,
it's like just getting that movement back in your body. If you sit a lot, stand in the same place a lot,
you drive a lot, that's going to cause a lot of pain because you're not moving.
