Well now, The last time I saw a plumber in a new set of overalls was on his first day at work as an apprentice. So I imagine this, he receives a phone call from a distraught woman, goes to the house, realises that he can't do anything to help, so shags the woman to take her mind off things. (Well,. that's what I would do, in the circumstances).
